dELIVERY POLICY

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

* Processing time clock starts when we get order payment and all order details get confirmed. Any requirement changes during the lead time would prolong the process and bring extra cost.

Processing Time

As a unique selling point of  Vicky Bridal, all of our dresses can be custom made (except In Stock items which will be ready within 3 business days before shipment). Normally, it will take 15 to 20 business days to tailor a new dress before arranging shipment. It might be more or less, which depends on individual dress style and order quantity. Once your order has been placed, a notification e-mail will be sent to inform you the estimated delivery time of your order. If you have any questions about the delivery time or you want to rush your order for urgent dress wearing day, you should contact us within 48 hours. Rush service is only to shorten the lead time(not include shipping).

 

Shipping Time

We are cooperating with DHL, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, DPD, DPEX, EMS, etc. We always use the most appropriate shipping method that can be tracked online, but the exact delivery company is random by country and shipping method you choose. Here are our shipping methods for your reference.

Economic Shipping

7 - 15 working days

Expedited Shipping

3 - 5 working days

Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress wearing date. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by shipping company. When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.

 

Customs Duty

All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U." (Delivered Duties Unpaid).Customs duty is out of our control.Vicky Bridal cannot be responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. We will not pay for any tax fee. To find out more about this, please contact your local customs office.

Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your customs needs it.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
